Many Subscribers and Participants are having issues with Internet Explorer 6, SP2 and Version 7.0 closing or crashing while they are using MLS software, including InnoVia. Here are some suggested configuration resolutions to prevent the problem.

MICROSOFT VISTA OS USERS: As most of you already know, the “Optimize” button on the InnoVia login page does not work correctly for VISTA. By clicking here, you can get a manual setup for Internet Explorer 7.
